LIVE MUSIC - mostly JAZZ & Blues
Tim Lerch & Wayne Bliss in Season Swing with a kick - Thurs.12th
Thursday, December 12th 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Tim Lerch is a world renowned guitarist, educator and Emmy award winning composer. Tim is a member of the legendary Northwest Gypsy Jazz group Pearl Django and popular in duo with Jamie Findlay, Wayne Bliss, and other top drawer Puget Sound artists. Cellar Cat LOVES Tim, his style, his buoyant personality, his seamless, seemingly effortless, guitar and vocal performance. Tim and Wayne are Two Cool Cats - as Ry Cooder might say - and we're lucky cats indeed that they take the drive the westside of the water to share their talent and time.
Wayne Bliss is an in high-demand bassist and guitarist. very active in the greater Seattle area for over 25 years. Wayne has had the privilege of working with such musical and show business legends as The Four Tops, The Temptations, Frankie Avalon, Fabian, Doc Severinsen, The Captain and Tennille, and Rosemary Clooney. In addition to playing as a freelance bassist and guitarist, Wayne also gives clinics and lectures in schools and enjoys working with musical groups throughout the Pacific Northwest.
We love it when these two feature in our Thursday night Cat House concerts.
Those with tickets who arrive before 6:30 to sip & shop will be treated to a complimentary glass of Sparr Cremant (French bubbles we love - $16 value) to get the party going (or a complimentary non-alch beverage).
It will be an immersive, magical evening of musical conversation between these two excellent musicians.
Ticket sales go to the musicians. $20 per person minimum goes toward rent, overhead, employees, and cat food (keeping the music going).

Happy Holidays with Ranger & the "Re-Arrangers"!!!
Ranger & the "Re-Arrangers" swing Christmas Jazzzz
Thursday 19th 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Tickets $20
Over the years, Ranger & the "Re-Arrangers" have developed a small repertoire of jazzy holiday tunes and really enjoy playing them, and there's only a short season when they get to break them out! For this show they will play a mix of their regular repertoire and those "Re-Arranged" holiday classics. To give an example--one audience favorite is their minor-key, tango version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer : )
A note from Ranger:
"Cellar Cat features a carefully curated wine list, and also offers small plates of cheese, charcuterie, chocolate, etc. It's very intimate and cozily decorated, like a concert in your living room. The musicians are close enough to touch from the front row--please DON'T touch, but you'll get a great perspective on every note we play : )"
Ho ho ho :)
